Integrity

I'm not going to ask you to make an account and I'm not going to send you junk emails. There are no pop-ups on this website. I'm not an influencer for any brand, which means I'm not restricted from telling you the truth. I respect you as a person, not a customer.

Evaluate

If you show me what's happening with your machine, I'll tell you if you can resolve it at home. If it needs to go to the shop, I'll mail you a report with industry specific language for your technician.

Protect

Most of the damage I find in machines is due to problems in technique. We'll evaluate your machine step by step and correct the bad habits that are costing you money.

Inform

Every machine has strengths and weaknesses. I'll give you insider information on your specific machine and show you how to work around common issues. If you are buying a new machine I'll tell you the things your salesperson won't.

Collaborate

If you are a technician and you need a second opinion, I'll be part of your team. I work in a shop that is certified as a warranty center for most major brands and I regularly confer with the manufacturers. My bench is where dealerships send their problem machines.
